Mobile · Retail · Self-service
From phones in pockets to touchscreens in stores — I design self-service experiences that work for real people, in real environments, under real time pressure.
Each project below is a slice of the same practice — design that's clear, warm, and useful.
Role — Product Design Lead
PushPress Timer brings structure to your day by turning time into clear focus. I designed the experience to feel calm and motivating across the full system — from focused timer flows and training dashboards to outdoor tracking moments and glanceable watch views.

Role — Product Design Lead
A fitness app built for members and gym staff — organizing workouts, schedules, payments, and communication in one place. Designed to reduce information overload, structure scattered resources, and keep members on track with smart reminders, saved content, and shareable workout plans. Built for gyms. Designed for people.

Role — UI/UX Designer
Freddy's app makes it easy to get your steakburger or custard fast — simple browsing, quick customization (toppings, sides, and mix-ins), and a smooth reorder flow for favorites. It ties everything together with rewards, saved locations, and pickup options so you can place an order in a few taps and get in and out without the line.

Role — UI/UX Designer
Burger King's kiosk is designed for speed and upsell-friendly ordering — big category tiles, quick combo building, and clear modifiers (like sizes, add-ons, and sauce choices) that make it easy to customize without slowing down. It guides guests through a simple review and checkout flow, nudging popular upgrades and sides while keeping the experience tap-friendly and efficient in a busy store.

Role — UI/UX Designer
A companion mobile experience for Burger King focused on two everyday jobs: finding food fast and customizing it your way. Search surfaces popular queries, recent items, menu results, and offers in one unified list, while the Menu / Customize flow makes browsing categories, building your Whopper (bun, cheese, patties, sauces), and reviewing your cart feel simple, playful, and on-brand.

Role — UI/UX Designer
Shake Shack's kiosk makes ordering feel fast, calm, and customizable — big, tap-friendly menus, clear category browsing, and simple modifiers (like bun swaps, add-ons, and doneness) without overwhelming you. It's built to keep the line moving while still letting guests build "their" ShackBurger, then quickly review, pay, and get a pickup number with minimal friction.

Role — UI/UX Designer
A companion mobile experience for KFC focused on finding food fast and ordering with confidence. Search surfaces recent queries, popular categories, menu results, and offers in one unified list, while the Menu & Cart flow makes browsing buckets, burgers, and combos feel effortless — with clear customization (bun, sauces, add-ons), an easy cart review, and a streamlined checkout that keeps the craving moving.

Role — UI/UX Designer
From craveable meals to quick pick-up, the KFC app helps guests order, earn rewards, and stay connected — all in one place. The experience tackles information overload and scattered resources with a clear, structured home, smart reminders, and one-tap save/share for favorite orders, locations, and offers.

Role — UI/UX Designer
Baskin-Robbins' app brings the ice-cream-shop experience online with a playful, tap-friendly flow for building custom treats — choose a base, pick flavors, add mix-ins/toppings, and schedule pickup or delivery in just a few steps. It makes reordering favorites easy, highlights promos, and connects rewards so guests can earn points and redeem perks without the counter line.

Role — UI/UX Designer
A responsive ordering ecosystem spanning mobile and desktop for a national QSR brand. The focus was a scalable campaign system that balances brand storytelling with conversion — promotional modules follow a flexible structure (badge, headline, value, quick-add) so marketing can plug in seasonal campaigns without breaking consistency. On mobile the hierarchy drives appetite and speed to order; on desktop the layout expands into immersive merchandising with the same component logic.

Role — UI/UX Lead
Led the UI/UX vision for codeSpark Academy's marketing site and core product entry experience — translating a playful brand into a scalable, high-performing digital platform. The work balanced two very different audiences (kids exploring coding for the first time and parents evaluating the product) into one cohesive experience strategy across landing, onboarding, and product entry.
